What is meditation?
Meditation is a technique an individual uses to transform the mind.
What are the benefits of meditation?
Meditation has many individualize benefits. Below are some of the many benefits:

* Gainfully employs the mind
* Improves sleep
* Improves and lengthens attention spans
* Promotes emotional health
What should I wear to a meditation session?
Please wear what you are most comfortable clothing.

Ie. Sweat pants, yoga pants, t-shirts, tank tops, etc.
What should I expect if it's my first time practicing meditation?
Our magical Reiki Goddess Lakisha (who is leading the sessions) is very unique. Her creativeness and collaborations make each session unique in its own way.

Expect to be met wherever you are in your life. Every individual will have a different experience; however, open-mindedness is required.

Each session is themed, may include a collaboration, may include complete silence, straight up trap, or we could all be shouting. The point is to be in the present and allow the magical moments and liberation to occur.
