The visions we have for Naturally Relaxed, LLC are to build a healthy, wealthy generational brand that will always create space worldwide for individuals on the inner-healing journeys. This will be achieved by raising brand awareness to promote the importance of self-care.

Lakisha is a lifelong learner with a deep commitment to healing and personal growth. In 2022, she became a certified Stretch Therapist, expanding her existing practice to include stretch therapy as an additional modality for releasing inner trauma and supporting holistic healing.

In 2019 and again in 2023, Lakisha and her family endured the profound loss of her father and brother. These life-altering experiences, and the waves of grief that followed, ignited a desire to further her education and deepen her understanding of trauma. She enrolled at Saybrook University, where she earned a certification in Complex Trauma and the Healing Process.

Her education, lived experience, passion, and dedication now serve as the foundation of her work—guiding and supporting others as they navigate their own healing journeys.
